Earnley Concourse is administered by the Earnley Trust, an educational charity founded in 1957. The Trust is also a company limited by guarantee. It is  wholly independent, with no corporate owners or shareholders. Its directors are unpaid trustees who appoint a Chief Executive who has responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Concourse and associated activities. The names of the departmental principles are listed below and their email addresses are avalable upon request.
